Q1. Are the ingredients in the candy all natural?
A1. QBee_® Honey Kisses, with the exception of the QBee_® Cinna-Honey, are made from all natural ingredients. (click here for an ingredient listing) QBee_® Cinna-Honey has natural and artificial flavoring.  Honey Essence_® Chocolates have some sugar in the chocolate, the centers of the hand-dipped chocolates are sweetened with honey. The interior of the truffles may contain additional chocolate. (click here for ingredient list) Honey Essence_® Carob products are all naturally sweetened. (click for ingredient list)

Q2. Will the candy arrive fresh?
A2. Absolutely! We make candy fresh daily.

Q3. Is there a charge for delivery?
A3. Yes there is a delivery charge. The delivery charge is not included in the price of the item. The charge during the summer of $12.00 per address in the continental US. During the summer we ship in insulated and iced boxes. However, shipping is free if the order is over $100.

Q4. How far in advance do I have to place my order?
A4. You may also place your order as far in advance as you like. For nationwide shipping, during the hot summer months, our shipping days are Monday, Tuesday and  Wednesday. Orders placed Monday-Tuesday by 9am Mountain Time are usually shipped the following day. During the cooler months we ship daily.

Q5. How do I pay for my order?
A5. All orders placed online, by phone or by fax must be paid for prior to shipping. We accept Visa or MasterCard. Orders may be paid for by check by mail; send Attn. Order Desk. Queen Bee Gardens 1863 lane 11 ½ Lovell, WY 82431. You may pay by cash, check or credit card in our retail store in Lovell.

Q6. Do you take corporate accounts?
A6. We have corporate accounts available. Please call (307)548-2818 or (800)225-7553 for a corporate account application. Or ask the Customer Service Manager for more information.

Q7. Where are you located?
A7. We are in Lovell, Wyoming about 100 miles from the East Entrance of Yellowstone Park. Our address 262 East Main Lovell, WY 82431. For directions to our store please email us or call us at (307)548-2818 or (800)225-7553. We have a retail store where you can purchase individual candies, confections by the bag or gift packages.

Q8. What are your hours?
A8. We are open Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 4:30pm and Fridays from 8:00am to 3:00pm. We are closed Saturday, Sunday and holidays. The phones open at 8am. Monday through Friday MST.

A9. Absolutely! This is a secure web site utilizing the latest in SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. We also do not share, sell or reveal any personal information about our customers or recipients.
