Seasonal Considerations
During the summer months, the temperatures
throughout the United States create an additional challenge for the
successful shipment of fine chocolates. To ensure that your chocolate
arrives in the excellent condition you expect, an insulated box and ice
packs are placed within each parcel.
Queen Bee Gardens®
will determine how to ship each parcel
From May 1st
to September 30th,
Queen Bee ships all items to “warm weather” states 3rd Day air or
ground. Ground shipments are available at this time only if the product
ordered is pralines and to non-warm weather states.
Queen Bee Gardens®
reserves the right to ship according to their
best judgment and
interests. For “warm weather” states, even if an order goes
“ground” charges for 3rd day still apply.
"Warm Weather” States include AL, AR, FL, GA, LA, MS, NC, SC, KY
and TN.
From October 1st through April 31st
All shipments will ship via FEDEX, UPS or USPS ground.
We ship only to the 48 continental United States

We will exchange or refund any purchase that
does not arrive in satisfactory conditions.

Shipping Specifications & Recommendations
Provide your email address when ordering to
ensure that a tracking number is sent to you.
The subject line will read “Package shipped to you” or “UPS
Quantum View”. Please be
sure to un spam any such messages
Parcels going 3rd day will be shipped Monday and Tuesday only.
All orders placed after 1:00 PM MST Tuesday will be shipped the
following Monday. Parcels going ground May 1 through September 30 will
be shipped Monday through Wednesday.
Orders place after 1:00 pm Wednesday will be shipped the
following Monday
Ground Service will be shipped between
Monday-Thursday. All orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Thursday, will
not be shipped until the following Monday.
Regardless of the season, we suggest that someone be available at the
shipment address on the expected delivery day (shipment to a business
address when possible is highly recommended).
